Terms and Conditions

  All orders placed with the machine manufacturing company are subject to acceptance by the company. The company reserves the right to accept or reject any order at its discretion.

2. Payment Terms

  Payment terms are as agreed upon between the machine manufacturing company and the customer. Unless otherwise specified, payment is due upon completion of the manufacturing process or as outlined in the invoice. Late payments may incur penalties or interest charges.

3. Delivery and Shipping

  Delivery dates provided by the machine manufacturing company are estimates and not guaranteed. The company will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed-upon delivery dates, but shall not be liable for delays beyond its control. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.

4. Product Warranty  

The machine manufacturing company warrants that its products shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a specified period. Warranty terms and conditions are outlined in the product documentation provided to the customer.

5. Limitation of Liability

  In no event shall the machine manufacturing company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use or performance of its products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. ntellectual Property Rights  

All intellectual property rights in the products manufactured by the company, including but not limited to patents, trademarks, and copyrights, remain the property of the company. The customer shall not acquire any rights, title, or interest in the company’s intellectual property.

7. Changes and Modifications

  The machine manufacturing company reserves the right to make changes or modifications to its products, specifications, or pricing without prior notice. Such changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted by the company.

8. Returns and Exchanges

  Returns or exchanges of products are subject to the company’s return policy, which may vary depending on the nature of the product and the circumstances of the return. Customers must obtain authorization from the company before returning any products.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Jurisdiction].
